Orders and Shipping

Orders

Delivery Times

We acknowledge the significance of receiving your supplies in a timely manner, and we make every effort to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. However, please be aware that during our peak season (September - December) and promotional periods, it may take several days to process and ship orders due to the high volume of orders. To address any concerns regarding lead times, we provide up-to-date lead times and estimated delivery dates during the checkout process, ensuring that you are informed about when to anticipate the arrival of your order.

Making Changes To Your Order
We do not allow changes to orders. This is to ensure timely processing of all orders. We cannot modify or combine orders that were placed separately into one shipment. It may be possible to combine shipping on multiple orders if we are notified immediately after the first order was placed, but it is not guaranteed. Please call us to inquire on combining shipments.

Cancellations
We cannot accept cancellations of an order. We are also unable to accept requests to add to an order or change an order once placed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. There is a fifteen (15%) restocking fee charged for any unopened  returned order. Please see the Returns and Refunds Policy tab for information regarding refunds.


Shipping and Tracking

Shipping processing times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is placed. Please note that during high-volume periods, processing time may take longer than usual.

Methods of shipping and delivery time

  • Standard shipping: 2 to 5 business days | $8.99
  • Free standard shipping: 2 to 5 business days
  • Express shipping: 2 to 3 business days | $ 19.99
  • Overnight shipping: 1 to 2 business days | $34.99

We only ship orders within the United States.

Costs

We're pleased to offer free USPS shipping on orders over $55. For orders under $55, we provide a reduced flat rate of only $8.99. This discounted shipping fee allows us to deliver your purchase promptly while keeping costs low. We aim to provide all customers with affordable, reliable shipping. Please contact us if you have any questions about our shipping policies or rates. 

  • For variable shipping costs: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • For flat rate shipping: The cost of shipping is a flat rate of $8.99 for all orders, regardless of weight or destination.
    • The cost of  USPS shipping is a flat rate of $8.99 for all orders to U.S. destinations.

Shipping restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
  • We do not ship internationally.

Tracking Your Order

You will be emailed the tracking numbers when your order is shipped. You will be able to track your packages (after 7:00 pm) through the email you receive.  You can also track the status of your order on our website by entering your order ID# and your email address. 

Shipping Times
We strongly advise planning and ordering your items well in advance of when you will need them. We have no control over how long or shipping carriers will take to get your package to you.

Orders Not Received
If you did not receive your order, please contact the courier with your tracking number to inquire where your package is.  You can also call or email us for help with your order.

UPS customer service: 1-800-742-5877
USPS customer service: 1-800-275-8777 – We also recommend that you call your local post office.

Damage to your Order

Once your package leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for it for any reason (this includes, but is not limited to, theft after delivery).

Please call us if you notice any damage to your package and/or items. Also, some products (i.e.; lip balms) are heat sensitive and may melt slightly during the shipping process, however this will not alter the quality of the product.

Missing Packages
Once your package has been received, all reports of incorrect items, missing items, or damaged items must be reported to Leslie Rochelle of California within 30 days of receipt/delivery. We may require proof of error. We will not be able to make any adjustments after this time.

Stolen Packages
Please be advised that tracers and other requests only initiate investigation into delivery issues, and can take weeks to progress or be resolved.  If it is discovered that your package was stolen, we suggest that you file a police report with your local police department.

Address Changes
If an address change is necessary we will initiate the change for you and you will be billed $20. If the package comes back we do not refund the address change.  You will also be charged for subsequent shipping charges. 

Price Changes
Manufacturers have the right to change product costs without notice. As we receive a notice of product cost changes, product prices will change accordingly.


Product Reviews Policy

We want you to have easy access to product ratings and reviews. You can submit written ratings and reviews for items you have purchased. We encourage customers to share honest opinions, both favorable and unfavorable so that other customers can make smart buying choices. We ask that you must purchase and use a product before you can rate and review it. We reserve the right to deny reviews that do not fall within our guidelines.

What's not allowed
We appreciate your time and participation in our product rating and reviews program. We limit customer participation to one review per product and reserve the right to remove reviews that include obscene, confrontational, or distasteful content, profanity, spiteful remarks, illegal conduct, promotion of other businesses or advertisements.


Use Of Our Products and Staff Support
While we strive to provide comprehensive product information and support, it is ultimately the customer's responsibility to conduct skin patch testingto ensure compatibility, safety, and desired outcomes. Our supplies should be understood and used at the customer's own discretion. We strongly recommend purchasing a small quantity of an item before committing to a larger purchase, allowing you to assess its suitability. For instance, oils may vary across suppliers, so we advise acquiring a 1 oz. sample size or 2 oz. size to confirm its suitability before purchasing a larger quantity. Leslie Rochelle of California cannot be held accountable for unsatisfactory results obtained from using our products in conjunction with products from another supplier. We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened items under any circumstances. Our products undergo meticulous testing and packaging to ensure accuracy and quality before leaving our warehouse. We highly recommend testing our products before purchasing large quantities that may prove unsatisfactory.
